Client Portal Access

Here’s what your dedicated portal can be used for. 

  • Secure document sharing: You can easily share documents securely through the portal with us (and we can do the same with you), eliminating the need to send documents via email. 
  • Document collaboration: We can collaborate on shared documents through the portal, ensuring a seamless and streamlined working experience. 
  • Secure document sharing with third parties: We can share your documents securely through the portal with any third party nominated by you (e.g. your bookkeeper or financial adviser), once again eliminating the need to send documents via email. 
  • ATO correspondence: You will receive all ATO correspondence directly through to your client portal, you will be able to download the documents or keep on your portal for filing.  


Please note that your dedicated portal will not be used for the following. 

  • Electronic signatures: We use an application called ‘FuseSign’ for electronic signatures on important documents.
